Return Process

  Place your unworn items with all original tags attached back into their original packaging or a secure mailing bag.

  Generate Return Label

  Visit our online returns portal to select your preferred carrier and download a pre-paid shipping label or QR code.

  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off point or local post office and ensure you keep your proof of postage receipt.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 working days.
